FAQ

We strongly recommend reserving your game time before arriving, as we cannot guarantee that all walk-ins will be accepted.

We are cleaning and disinfecting any high touch surfaces daily in all of our games and in our lobby.

As a default all of our rooms are private. This means that only you and your group will be in the room!

All payments are due at the time of booking if being booked online.

Please email us at info@stumptownescape.com for any split payments, or if you need to adjust your player count.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your game time to check-in.

We understand that things might happen from time to time, so to that end we allow you to reschedule your game up to two (2) times at no extra chage! Please send an email to info@stumptownescape.com no sooner than 2 hours before your game.

All of our rooms are appropriate to guests ages 12 and up, we do not allow guests younger than that into any of the rooms at this time. For parties of guests under 16, we require at least one adult with them at all times.

We ask that no food or drink is taken into the escape rooms.

The best thing about escape rooms is that anyone from 12-85 can find something to love in them, as long as they have a curious and critical mind that is!

Right down the road from us is the Welcome to Downtown Tigard sign, we are located closer to the Fanno Creek in the parking lot between Thai Delicious and Curiosities.

There is parking located in front of the building in an attached parking lot, feel free to park in a reserved parking space as those spots are reserved for YOU!😃
